for now, whilst operating your Keepd email 'on the side', then it might be a good idea to receive notifications, so that you don't miss any important emails.

Keyword Only: Keepd encrypts emails containing the keyword #stayprivate anywhere in the body or subject.
Smart: emails identified by Keepd's smart algorithms as containing potentially sensitive information are encrypted.
Enforced: all emails are encrypted.
In all cases, encrypted emails to properly configured corporate domains are delivered using TLS, whilst emails to personal domains and risky corporate domains are encrypted and accessed via the StayPrivate secure environment.
Keyword Only is a good way of getting started and checking everything is working. We recommend most companies to use Smart on an ongoing basis. But if you are operating in a regulated industry, we recommend using Enforced.
Regardless of the option you choose, you can ensure an email is encrypted by including the keyword #stayprivate anywhere in the email body or subject. And you can update the keyword in the admin dashboard.

The first seven days is completely free. You can cancel at any time during this period and no charge will be taken.
After the 7-day period ends, you can still cancel with immediate effect at any time. We will refund you on a pro-rata basis depending on how long is left in the month.
Each email address that has sent an encrypted email during the previous twelve months counts as a separate user.
Storage limits only apply to email attachments. We do not charge for storing emails themselves.
Billing is monthly in advance based on the previous month's usage. Usage is checked daily and additional users and storage are charged for automatically.
